One of these days I need to do a post on my friend Laura. She works at NET-A-PORTER (which is where I met her) and has a seriously enviable wardrobe. She's got wardrobe classics sussed - Wang t-shirts, J Brand jeans (high-waisted and flared or skinny), great jackets (Carven, Acne) and perfect heels (McQueen, Marant, Zanotti).
Anyway when I met her the other day I was surprised to find she wasn't wearing heels (she always wears heels). Upon closer inspection, I realised that even on off-duty days Laura doesn't do it by halves - yup, that's a pair of this season's reworked Susanna boots by Chloé. And let me tell you, they are even more gorgeous in real life.

I adore the Susanna's but don't see longevity in the stud design within my wardrobe. These new simple versions are just as stunning, especially with the quilted design! I can only dream!
