Why so happy, you ask? Because I can now eat food like this:
(Well, sort of. I still have one more 'post-cleanse' day.) I made this scrumptious teriyaki tuna burger and homemade fries pre-cleanse using a recipe from The Passionate Cook. (I'm no food photographer, but it tasted better than it looks here.) The ash cloud was responsible for me not being able to obtain fresh tuna steaks from my usually awesome fishmonger, so I used canned tuna in spring water (and reeeally squeezed out the water). Plus, I put cajun seasoning on the homemade chips. YUM.
