MY APARTMENT, THE HOME WHERE I HIDE

My parents came to visit at the weekend and we got DIY happy with cans upon cans of white paint. Living in a tiny rented flat means one has to be, ahem, creative. That means trying to look past the magnolia walls and biscuit-coloured, worse-for-wear waffle carpet, and adding a few CHEAP touches.
My stack of Vogues hide a plain old Ikea chair. And don't you just LOVE those roses? My editor let us each take a vase after the conference. (They're from Purely Roses.)

These are just a few shots of my sitting room.

A potted rose (present from my Mum) plus, just a few of the many candles I own. I bought the little jars from the Conran Shop. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

The TV table was a charity shop find - we painted it white.

A little bit of Hermes orange in every room...

A few of my favourite coffee table books, and the cute little bottles of Chambord that were handed out during LFW. Plus my gin store...

Some reading material...
