Happy 2010! I celebrated the turn of the decade in my blue velvet Topshop dress. It's become my go-to party dress. In fact, I considered buying a few of the same in the sale just in case the velvet on this one ever turns old and see-through, but stopped myself. Worn with Tabio dotty tights, Ferragamo Vara pumps and big old gold earrings (you can't really see them past my all-consuming mane).
New Year's Resolutions anyone? Mine are the same every year - DON'T BE LATE and BE MORE ORGANISED. This year, I'm determined to stick to them, which is why I bought a shiny new diary by Ordning&Reda (I got mine from Selfridges). I was inspired by a friend who had stuck lots of photos and memories in hers. The diary has a big spine and a page for each day - perfect for my scrawl and doodles.
